DecisionPoint experienced greater than expected traffic during NRF 2011 as retailers assembled to learn more about the latest solutions and technologies. NRF reported attendance rates increased 20% over last year and they pulled out all the stops for their centennial celebration. Customer-facing mobile applications were a hot topic this year, with many retailers expressing interest in interacting with customers on their smartphones, like iPhones® as well as how to use tablets, such as an iPads® in a retail setting.
